Will They Match My Brand’s Tone of Voice?

A few other things you need to know:
- The emails in the sequence are long-form, with an average of 250+ words per email.
- Storytelling is their key attribute.
- Easy to adapt — you can easily delete paragraphs, change sign-offs, and more. I advise against it but change if you must.
What Do I Need to Add to these Emails?
Very little, really. Just four things* I’m sure you already have handy (if not, don’t send these emails yet):
- Your business name
- Your product, service, or new feature list of specifications
- An elevator pitch or unique value proposition for your product, service, or new feature
- A (human) name to sign off these emails

Don’t Buy These Emails If
…your organization has an all-business, serious, stern tone of voice. This email sequence is conversational, fun, and engaging. A few jokes may have also been cracked (all in good taste, though).
If you typically end your emails with “Sincerely yours”, this may not be for you. Unless you want to try a new approach — in which case, I salute you! Testing = marketing success!
